Our Charges

All our fees are fixed. Currently the rates are as follows:

Wills cost £75.00 each.

LPA’s cost £250.00 per person (that includes both parts)

In addition to the above, when you register your documents with the Office of the Public Guardian you will usually be charged £82.00 for each document. People on low incomes or on some benefits can obtain 50% or 100% reductions on the registration cost. See form LPA 120 for details.

Probate applications cost £500.00 assuming no inheritance tax is payable.

The Probate office will also charge a fixed fee of £273.00 when the forms are submitted plus a further £1.50 for each additional copy of the Grant (probably best to order several copies as you may have to send them to various institutions).
